By making a reservation or using the facilities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
1. Reservations & Bookings
- All cabin reservations are subject to availability.
- A reservation is considered confirmed once payment arrangements are completed and acknowledged.
- Guests must provide accurate contact and booking information at the time of reservation.
2. Rates & Payments
- All rates are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payments are accepted via Email Transfer (E-Transfer) and PayPal online payments using debit or credit cards.

PayPal Payments:
Secure PayPal payment instructions will be provided at the time of booking.
- Please include your full name and booking dates with all payments.
- Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been received or payment arrangements have been confirmed.
3. Cleaning Fee
- Guests are expected to leave cabins in reasonable condition.
- Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.
- Your booking rate includes a standard cleaning fee.
4. Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellation and modification policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without notice may result in forfeiture of payment.
- Long-stay bookings and group reservations may be subject to specific cancellation terms.
5. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in and check-out times will be provided prior to arrival.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
6. Occupancy & Use
- Cabins must not exceed their stated sleeping capacity.
- Cabins are for registered guests only.
- Parties or large gatherings are not permitted unless prior approval is granted.
7. Pets
- Pets are welcome at no additional charge.
- Guests are responsible for their pets at all times and must clean up after them.
- Pets must not be left unattended in cabins.
8. Smoking & Substances
- All cabins are non-smoking.
- Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
- A charge of $250 will be applied for smoking or vaping inside any cabin.
- Guests must comply with all applicable local and provincial laws.
9. Fire Safety & Outdoor Use
- Fires are permitted only in designated firepits.
- Fires must never be left unattended and must be fully extinguished.
- Use of barbecues and appliances must follow safety guidelines.
10. Property Care & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage to cabins, furnishings, or resort property during their stay.
- A valid credit card may be held on file and used to cover the cost of any damages incurred during the stay.
- The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Outdoor activities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
11. Bedding & Towels
- Beds are prepared with clean fitted sheets only.
- Guests are responsible for bringing their own bedding (blankets, pillows, and top sheets) and towels for showering.
12. Noise & Respect
- Guests are expected to respect other visitors and the natural environment.
- Quiet hours must be observed, particularly during evening and nighttime hours.
13. Weather & Seasonal Conditions
- Outdoor activities are subject to weather and seasonal conditions.
- The resort is not responsible for disruptions caused by weather, road conditions, or natural events.
14. Right to Refuse Service
- Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if these terms are violated or if guest behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.
15. Changes to Terms
- These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
- The version published on the website at the time of booking shall apply.
